It was another kid giving him the meltdown the parent just didn't interfere. As far as 5 year old meltdowns go that was fairly minor. I have to agree with the posting it on the internet part though. A lot of parents post things on the internet about their kids that they really shouldn't. This video is going to surface again later in this kids life an embarrass him.
