Because he's not bought and paid for scalius Send a noteboard - 18/08/2011 03:55:49 PM
He is not in the pockets of Wallstreet and the banks.

He believes in a balanced budget and small government.

He believes in the Austrian school of economics and is against fiat currency.

He's a non-interventionist who's against endless, unconstitutional foreign wars, and so his policy would starve the MIC.

He holds a strong conviction for states rights.

He's a proponent of free-trade, and rejects protectionism and agreements such as NAFTA which he views as "managed trade" that benefits the elite few.

The list goes on...

Bottom line: He stands for a constitutional, limited-role government which goes against everything the government is today. He's not beholden to special interests, and doesn't bend over for the financial elite. He exposes the fraud, highlights the hypocrisy, and so he's marginalized.

I would slave, to pave the way, to sink your ship of fools.
