There may be something I don't understand about picture composition. Or that person is cheating.

And they include written code.. his numbers are going up consistently about 100 votes per hour.

I could see if maybe he were in charge of a website or something, and had a ton of followers he could convince to vote, but that picture just isn't worth that much of a lead in votes.
