Apparently, according to this video, they begin to talk about self-identity, their belief in God, and the fact that they want a body.
Don't you get it? That's us! Give these robots a few thousand (or 100's of) years or more, and you'll have....well....us!
After all, a human is nothing more than electrical signals conveyed over "wires" and interpreted by a collection of "microchips" which then instruct infrastructure to behave in a certain fashion.
And we are still grappling with those issues, all while doing our best to invent new ways to eradicate ourselves.
Humanity is doomed.
