Since it apparently wasn't clear, I do know that :) Five minutes is probably way more than it actually takes unless you're on dialup, by the way. But when things get added or changed the default setting seems to be "go ahead and e-mail me about this crap" because I will suddenly start getting e-mails about stuff that I haven't before. Which is then my cue to go (back) in and set the notifications.
