I am glad to see it turning out so well. I don't think I would look twice at him. Tashmere Send a noteboard - 27/11/2011 09:27:34 PM
When I worked nightshift I would sometimes use my lunch to go grocery shopping. One night around 2:00 AM I saw a man there that had been badly disfigured. I only glanced at him, I didn't want to stare but I have thought about his life many times since then. Did he go grocery shopping in the middle of the night to advoid the inevitable stares? Or averting of eyes? What would it be like to live with a disfigurement like that? I really don't know if I could do it. So it is so good to see advances being made. That at least some people are going to have a chance at living a normal life.
