You and the lady hang out, and then enroll the kids in whatever "Junior Sailors" or whatever thing the ship will have. They'll meet kids their own age, have a bunch of stuff to do, and will inevitably end up roaming the ship like a pack of wolves.
It's pretty fun.
Plus, it's pretty tough for them to get in trouble- you're on a giant, building-sized boat, and there are security cameras everywhere.
