30 pounds is a whole lot. If you've lost it slowly and gradually over the year, that bodes well for the future. Slow and steady (or just maintenance) is definitely the way to go.
You did everything this year- career progress, relationship progress, physical/health progress. I feel like everyone has priorities they want to focus on so if whatever the prioritized thing isn't going well, everything else doesn't matter.

1. I lost 30 lbs. For me, that is HUGE because in the past, I've usually lost 10 or 15, than gained 20, so this slow, downward spiral is really a huge achievement for me.
2.One of my goals for the year was to have my own photo show, and I did that! You can still see it up at Avatar Studios Ferndale, it's only up until February, so if you haven't seen it, you should really take a look!
3. My photo business went from me calling friends and seeing if they would let me take pics of their family to THEIR friends calling me to make appointments as well as booking a couple of weddings for 2012. VERY exciting.
4. And last but most importantly - I reconciled with my husband after being separated for several years. It's very nice to have my family back together!
