They cause bad roads, and I hate bad roads too. Even if a person is a good driver and goes slowly enough to be in control, on bad roads any mistakes made by other drivers are magnified and beyond your control. I've had bad experiences, and nothing will keep me as close to home as I can manage better than bad roads.
