Depending on how long it takes to file, hear arguments, deliberate and issue a ruling, of course. Think there is any chance Kagan, Sotomayor, Breyer, Ginsburg or Kennedy will vote to overturn? Or that Roberts, Alito, Scalia or Thomas will NOT?
