Corruption is the ultimate bipartisanship. 
Small wonder the so-called STOCK Act eliminates it no more than Dodd-Frank restored Glass-Steagall. There is something unconvincing in a Senator up to his neck in legal but unethical insider trading coauthoring Wall Street "reform." It seems a case of "like father, like son."
