Moderates don't normally have meetings or publications Isaac Send a noteboard - 17/02/2012 03:01:58 AM
And generally if a group or pub advertises itself as moderate they aren't, and if they say they're center right/left, they really mean on one or two specific issues they break ranks, and they're not actually 'moderate', an example would be a pro-choice or pro-union republican or a pro-life or pro-gun democrat, odds are except for those specific issues, which they are very passionate about or they wouldn't loudly break ranks, they are right with their party on everything else and do not actually think much of people who are 'moderate' on issues other than their own. With the exception of the apathetic moderates and the 'being moderate makes me enlightened' crowd, I've never actually met a moderate who wasn't just as ferocious if not more about their specifics points of moderation than the average fervent liberal or conservative. Is there actually any issue you feel passionate about that you actually hold a moderate view on, incidentally?
The intuitive mind is a sacred gift and the rational mind is a faithful servant. We have created a society that honors the servant and has forgotten the gift.
