And Industrial Hygiene and sanitation are only part of it. Think of Environmental Health as Environmental Science, with the additional aspect of keeping people healthy. So it's water quality, air quality, risk assessment, industrial hygiene, etc.
With the Industrial Hygiene focus, have you considered engineering firms? The link below is something that - as a new grad - you won't qualify for, but it could well be something to help give you a few ideas for expanding your field of opportunities.
There's also municipal and state government jobs, since that kind of thing is their purview in many cases.
There is a couple of entry level stuff- techincians and the like- that involve the Industrial Hygiene focus. I have applied to one, and planning on trying some others.
