I'm leaving after I send this message for a day trip to the Shiloh battlefield site, so I'll just say here (more detail in the link) that I passed both my English Content Knowledge and English to Speakers of Other Languages Praxis II tests and will shortly be certified to teach both of those subjects in addition to my original US/World History and Government certifications. That test booklet that I quoted here (that some didn't like) did help me more than I expected.
