What are you doing today to celebrate (or not)?


In a pan that was not tall enough. LOL It puffed up and over the edges and all over the oven! :D But the cake turned out pretty good with some sliced strawberries and whipped cream. The oven was a bit of a pain to clean. My mom has one of those fancy two part angel food pans, I thought a bunt pan would work well enough. Looks like I need to get a fancy two part pan as well.
