But I don't think they should be allowed to vote while imprisoned, definitely. If you violate the social contract between you, your society, and the government, you certainly don't get to keep it anyway! Considering some of the ridiculous crimes that can be considered felonies, though, as well as the fact that I have some faith in the redemption of individuals, I think that PERMANENTLY is too far.
