10 years later, I still wake up from (almost) nightmares of a forgotten test, a class I didn't know I had (until it was the night before the final exam), etc. I think I was traumatized by college.

I only ever had one other repeat nightmare. I don't know where it came from or why, but the basic idea is that I'd be anywhere having a good time, and, suddenly, I would realize that I had unwittingly left the town and gotten into a certain farmy area. Country roads, crops, farm houses. THE farm house. I'd accidentally get very close to this one particular white house, and I would start panicking. Major fear. On different occasions, I'd get further into the house (or not) and be completely freaked out by some back stairs. Eventually, I found out that I was petrified of a small door in an upstairs attic area. Took me YEARS to make my dream self say "fuck it, I'm going in." And nothing.
