I think all the headlines I've seen about it are the same though. They made me go all pedantic.

Happily I would expect within the next few years gay marriage will be passed into law in Scotland, England and Wales.

That would be good.

No idea what will happen with Northern Ireland - they tend to be a bit closer to the Republic than the rest of the UK when it comes to civil rights.
