you do realize that other countries' players are also pros ? What, you think players from the Euroleague are amateurs ? It's almost insulting that you think so. It's not the NBA players' fault they are just so good.
the nba plays a longer game than the international rules require, so by definition most nba players are in better shape than non-nba players simply for playing an extra 8 minutes per game. they also play with a further 3-point line, so it's easier for nba players to shoot three point shots at the olympics than in an nba game. so yes, it is their fault they are so good at the olympics because to them it's the equivalent of going back to their college days as far as rules of the game are concerned.
