Hillary had spent a significant part of her adult life surrounded by politics and was an inside witness to every single day of Bill's Administrations. There's no way in Hell she would possibly have made so many of the political mistakes Obama has; you can be damned sure she wouldn't have made such a debacle of health care coverage as he did.
It's likely the economic and war issues would be similar, but the context in which the current discussion would be framed would have been completely different - and likely more favorable for Hillary than what Obama is current looking at.

And I really don't know how you can feel that all her "what ifs" definitely show she would have done a better job. I don't have a problem imagining how things could be better, and that maybe she would have made more correct choices (and not so many incorrect in different areas that it wouldn't balance out), but the situation sucked when Obama went in, and I stand by my original statement.
