I suspect very few did in the run up to Decision '08. And who delivered on this? It was not Hillary, that's for sure. By thoroughly smashing his competition for the Peace Prize, all while waging wars in at least two separate countries, Obama managed to bring the world closer towards harmony and bring America back into the good graces of the international community.
