.....which includes major tort/medical malpractice reform (up to 25% of all procedures are conducted for CYA reasons). Obviously, the Dems wouldn't touch this issue with a 10-foot pole since the entire party is bought and paid for by trial lawyers.

I know Republicans think tort reform will solve all our problems with healthcare, but even were it true: Where has Romney or anyone promised it?
