Had they been able to force a fumble and run it for a TD, couldn't they have tied it up? Using the, "hey, we did nothing illegal!" defense is pretty slimy if you have no hope of winning and just want to get in one last cheap shot, but if there's still a chance. . .*shrug*
So has Tampa Bay now forfeited any claim to sportsman-like consideration?
