For those wondering: see the link. House is a bit boring, needs "soul", or maybe "heart", but that can be fixed. We already have ideas. It's 6.3 km (about 4 miles?) to my wife's new job, lots of open space nearby and close to shops.

Normal reserves count (i.e.: do we get the mortgage in time, selling of our house shouldn't be cancelled at the last minute due to unforeseen circumstances, etc), but I'm really happy.

Now all we need to arrange is 1 month in a rental (our house will be emptied Nov 14th, we can get this house on Nov 30th + painting etc) and a job for me... Working on that last one, but looking positive.
