i think most CA drivers know motorcycles can split the lane, they just don't like to think that someone can get so far ahead of them when they have to sit in line like everyone else. it gets worse the farther out from civilization you go but it exists everywhere except for LA oddly enough...
I disagree. I really don't think they know.
As for L.A., I don't know. People there are used to the traffic jams, so maybe they're just happy someone can move along and the sooner that motorcycle gets to where it's going, the sooner it won't be a part of the traffic jam.
