I am normally inclined to take cries of "ya'll do it, too!" as fallacious non-excuses, but in this case the charge has merit. Granted, that only means liberal (or just sloppy) journalists share the same failings that should not be tolerated from anyone, and many on both sides and none are equally guilty of errors inexcusable in responsible journalism, but that definitely precludes anyone claiming the moral highground unless their hands are clean.
