The term I should probably be using is sexual assault and not rape. God didn't rape Mary for there was no penis inside vagina sex, yet he did sexually assault her without her consent.
Sexual Assault (which I associate in my mind with rape, but which I will try to separate the two for this discussion for legally they are different things) unlike Rape can be any unwanted sexual contact. Forcing to carry a baby to term without any consent is a violation of a women.
