Also, what is amazing is that (as per the experts) our daughter will be speaking English within a few months. No classes, no training, just via absorption. But it is likely that she will know enough Chinese to sass us with it when she is upset. Kind of like Firefly!

My wife and I are in the final stages of an international adoption (little girl from China, about 18 months old). This fall, we will be welcoming our daughter home and starting a crazy new stage of our lives!

Top that! :D

My first niece turned 3 months on Saturday and she is a joy to be around, so I imagine that you and your wife are in for long spells of gazing into her eyes, marveling over it all. Congrats :D
