10 person limit, no host or owner (anyone can drop in and out), video is available to everyone with no premium account nonsense, and you can get a link to the hangout that you can paste onto the MB, here. You do need a Google Plus account, but they're quick and easy to get and can be filled in with fake info if desired.

Anyway, just a thought.
