magazine size would have saved more children though, especially one particular 9-year old girl in arizona shot during the Giffords attack, and the 11 kids who escaped when lanza reloaded at Newtown. but of course, if we had known we were trying to change the past with new laws then they are by nature doomed to fail since it's impossible to undo what has already been done when it comes to others' actions.
