The list of Democrats who voted against DoMA was quite short indeed. Of the still-serving senators, there's only Boxer, Feinstein, Kerry and Wyden. That's it.
The list of Democrats who voted against DoMA was quite short indeed. Of the still-serving senators, there's only Boxer, Feinstein, Kerry and Wyden. That's it.
What's most bizarre about the DoMA overturning, though, is that the one state which prompted DoMA in the first place, Hawaii, has somehow managed to fall way behind the pack when it comes to legalizing gay marriage.
Kerry is no longer a senator.

It really was not; let people demanding a constitutional amendment banning gay marriage do so.
