Be honest: Is the return of ANY long absent member not a highly desirable thing at this point? Not as good as an influx of many quality new member would be, but how much is there to motivate that?
BMB: 4 new posts in the past 20 hours.
WoTMB: 0 new posts in the past 22 hours.
TV&MMB: 38 new posts in the past 11 days.
Those are the (relatively) "active" MBs; the RPGMB has had 200+ posts this month, but only because mafia games REQUIRE frequent posts from each player.
