A short walk will get you to Hamleys (the oldest toy shop in the world) on Regent Street. Lots of geeky stuff here.
London eye for a good view of the city.
If you just want to see the city and take it easy (and happy to look like a tourist) try the hop-on hop-off bus.
all my fav spots are museums, churches and historical sites so not sure how much you would be into them.
