I'm not really that blown over by the court's ruling or the arguments made for or against, but from the little I've read Online, law professors are saying that this argument the Church of Satan is making has legal standing under the ruling the Supreme Court made and may very well be winnable in the courts if anybody tries to challenge it. Guess time will tell, but arguments (besides this one) are starting to pop up; it would appear the proverbial "can of worms" predicted if HobbyLobby won may just be coming to pass.
