The real problem isn't tax on smokes it is the idea tat it is OK to give away millions of dollars in tax payer's money to one family simply because he was so unhealthy that his body couldn't handle that rather the fight he created when he resisted arrest. Regardless of the media inspired hysteria the Kool-Aid swelling masses sucked down they man was not choked to death and his poor health and bad decision making was the not only the main reason he dies but the over whelming reason he died. Of course the same dimwits who believe his family should the win the dead dad lottery also believe Michael Brown was murdered and Travon martin was shot for wearing a hoody.
