at least as far as uncountable outburst go. Of course it is also the best time because they get happy and excited as easily as the get mad and upset. Three was probably my favorite time with my kids. As frustrating as they can be I think watching their joy and curiosity as the discovered the world was about the purest happiness I can remember.
