Even though are very liberal media thinks it does. If you want to get on any media outlet that will you and make attacks on someone you have that right but you don't immunity form being attacked back even if your son died in a war. Lots of people had sons that dies in wars and they don't all have special privileges that allow them to make unquestionable statements. Even that form of censorship is wrong.

Don't confuse his right to say what he is saying or whether or not what he is saying is correct with what I am saying because it is pretty simple. Anyone who gets on a stage and attacks someone else should expect that person to respond and playing the dead son card when they do is chicken shit. Now to be fair I don't know if father himself played the card or the media did but either way I have not seem him deny it.
