Trump was not that good, but he also wasn't terrible. He passed the low bar set for him but not by much.
Hillary was technically good but probably lost strategically by being too intellectual.
I don't think it changed anyone's mind. I suspect that the post-debate polls will show little to no movement whatsoever. CNN declared Clinton the winner almost immediately, but almost all of the other polls that were conducted gave Trump a slight edge. I think that it was a wash.
