View original postI haven't done for the last few years, myself. Or, I'd start to, then give up halfway through. I'm not gonna be a Nazi about it, I got family coming over and birthdays to celebrate, but otherwise I'm gonna try to keep some sort of fast. And lay off FB, which should be good for RAFO posting

That all sounds eminently sensible. I'm avoiding being political on FB, but that's about it.
