Potentially among the most damaging, but definitely in the running for the absolute stupidest. Did you read recently about the girl who attacked and injured another girl for wearing braids? Oy fucking vey. I'm hard-pressed to think of any modern instance of behavior that would rise to the level of anything resembling true "cultural appropriation".
