So far as I can remember though, what little girl/girl relations Star Trek has had has been in Trill host transplant related episodes where a formerly heterosexual pairing has been thrown a curveball by a Trill being placed in a new host body of a different gender. (TNG's "The Host", DS9's "Rejoined" ) (I'm also discounting mirror universe personas.)
