My girlfriend talked me into going to her yoga class tonight. It was bring your friend/partner night. I have stretched muscles that I did not know I had. I have moved my spine around in ways it was not meant to go. She thought it was the greatest thing ever. So, two questions:
1. Have you ever done yoga, and if yes, did you enjoy it?
2. Why do those who claim to love us, like to see us suffer?

Ha! Ha! The first time I did Pilates I used muscles in my "core" I didn't know I even had.
