They are Minority Rights Activists. If they didn't regularly side with African Americans, then they wouldn't be doing their jobs very well, now would they?

Rush's Racism was really not what was on trial here. It may have been why the players spoke up, but it wasn't their vote to begin with. Rush's was removed from the bid by a bunch of rich white guys who didn't want his polarizing reputation endangering their bid. And racist or not, there is absolutely no doubt that Rush is polarizing.

There was no violation of free speech here. Rush, the players, Sharpton and Jackson all had the right to say whatever they wanted. What there was, was free market. Rush's partners showed him the door.

No one was wronged here. Insulted, maybe. But not wronged.
