There is no one answer. There is only something you can answer. Can you live with this? We are all different. No one elses answer will matter since he/she is not the one dating this person, possibly living with this person.

So ask yourself. Do you care enough to say something? Do you think the person should seek professional help for this? If person does not think he needs help, can you live with this?

If you love this person, don't you think you owe it to both him and to yourself to say something? So fuck everyone elses answers in here whether they could live with this or whether they could not live with this. They dont matter. Only you matter.

So find the answers within yourself.
