This was one of the rudest and most vulgar clients I've ever spoken to, so don't read if you're offended by naughty words. This conversation occurred this Monday. Monday is my phone day. Way more people call on Mondays because we are closed over the weekend. People calling on Monday are sometimes annoyed, angry or upset about that. But... just... wow. I don't get some people.


Me: Assistance Office, can I help you?

Client: Is there anybody there that can tell me if my car repair allowance got approved?

Me: Yes. You could speak to your Caseworker. Do you know their name?

Client (through clenched teeth): You mean there's nobody fucking there that I can talk to?

Me (repeats it slow and calm): Yes. You could speak to your Caseworker. Do you know their name?

Client (screams): Well, just eat your stupid dirty pussy! (and hangs up)
