Yup, here in America, you usually leave a tip for various things. Meals are the most common, and I leave 15% of the total bill as tip. If the service is really good, the waiter will get a bigger tip, but for me, 15% is the benchmark.
What is really good service to you?
And I've never worked in a tipping service.
Is it something you would consider?
To me, really good service where the servers are nice, attentive, not ignoring, speedy, willing to help. Yeah.
I'm not sure if I'd go into a tipping job.
