I have friends that didnt go to college at all and are doing well... I have friends (and myself) that only did some college and are doing well... and I have friends with degrees that are not doing well...

With that said, it all depends on what you want to do with your life. Some things require that if your ever gonna go far in that field you almost have to have a degree, others do not.

I will say this as well, no one, has ever been hurt by having a degree. No one ever says "you'd be great if only you hadn't gone to college..."
