I cried like a baby when wotmania shut down tonight. What can I say.. that website changed my life. We should mourn it. I would never have met some important people in my life if it weren't for wotmania. Sheila was more stoic about it than I was, but she didn't hesitate to comfort me when I cried.

I look forward to becoming a part of this new comunity. Ben, you've been handed an awesome community, and an awesome responsibility. I couldn't ask for a better webmaster. You care about the community that you inherited in a way that not many people can. In a way, you were meant for this job.

So here's to old endings, and new beginnings. The end of wotmania is tragic, but we were lucky enough to have someone step up and take the reins on this old community. For that I thank you Mr. Nebhead. I wouldn't have guessed that we would be here today when I met you a few years ago, but I'm damn glad that you are making this happen.

I'm going to end my drunken rambling now. I just hope you all realize how much work Ben has put into making this place ready for us.
