Well... Morgawse Send a noteboard - 13/11/2009 03:08:22 PM
I have a chronic, non-lifethreatening condition, and it's a pain in the arse, but I'm coping - and I was born with it so I've never known different.

I've suffered depression in the past, still do from time to time, and although it's not a serious chronic mental health condition like bipolar disorder or schizophrenia, it was bad enough.

Choosing between those two, I'd rather have the physical condition. I'd imagine there are certain conditions that are harder to cope with than others though, and mine, for all of its annoyingness and pain and restrictiveness, isn't actually all that bad. You can't *see* that there's anything wrong with me, the symptoms can be treated to some degree, and although it limits the things I can do, there are many things left I *can* do.

Mornings are still not for me.
