I can usually tell when something is going on, yes.

No. Someone specifically avoiding my eye is another thing.

No. People who are too eye-contacty annoy me.
4) Does your impression of a person change depending on the amount of eye contact, blinking, face-gaze, etc?
Given that those are some of the ways I can tell if someone is being shifty, yes. However, I think you have to have a good sense of the individual's typical habit before you judge based on any of those.
5) Are the eyes the window to the soul?
Eh, eyes don't do much but look. Eyebrows are much more expressive.
6) Are my eyes as mesmorizing to you as they are to everyone else I meet?
